Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company (if you add one) and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

To stop the form being misused, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We never store the address itself, and the record is deleted automatically.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are sent by email through our website host, Hostinger, which stores and processes them on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and no longer than two years unless a business relationship follows.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
